Asynchronous and Synchronous interviews. Asynchronous interview involved answering questions on your favourite brand from the company. Questions on the company and personal motivation were asked in the synchronous interview. The interview was completed with an external hiring company.
Interview was relaxed environment but there are several of them taking place at multiple points throughout a structured day. Interviews sandwiched by a team project. usually technical interview first and personal interview last

The interview was very laid-back and relaxed, making sure I could feel free to answer questions with an emphasis on seeing an individual approach to tackling challenges, rather than wanting a cookie-cutter structured response to the question.
