CV submission then 15 minute skype interview with a recruiter followed by an invitation to assessment centre. All questions as the assessment centre interview were competency based - with no opportunity to ask questions at the end. Other activities were better with both group and individual tasks for the day. They were clearly looking for strong leaders/big personalities and were very clear on the 5 main qualities they were looking for.
