Recruiters were pleasant to deal with, process took atleast 5 months, assessment centre was longwinded and was from 9-5pm. Group exercise, presentation, one-to-one interview. Covering letter was also sent alongside a CV. Company doesn't have a young workforce.

Interview was relaxed environment but there are several of them taking place at multiple points throughout a structured day. Interviews sandwiched by a team project. usually technical interview first and personal interview last

The interview was very laid-back and relaxed, making sure I could feel free to answer questions with an emphasis on seeing an individual approach to tackling challenges, rather than wanting a cookie-cutter structured response to the question.
