After speaking with a recruiter, I was given a small project on HackerRank. (Call an API, display results, format a bit.) Followed by a round speaking with a designer, two engineers, and someone from HR. Recruiter came back with a lowball offer. ($115k for a Senior role) and insisted that "web pays less", "I've never seen a web developer make $160k" (my target). Would not recommend unless you like a recruiter lying through their teeth to get you to accept an offer 50% less than every other company in the area.
