Recruiter reached out after cold application to schedule a recruiter phone screen. We had a typical recruiter screen and she said she was going to move me into the interview pipeline and the next step would be a phone interview with the Hiring Manager. Then they ghosted without any follow up and ignored my email bumps asking if I they were still planning to move forward with my interview.
