I applied thru an employee referral and received an email from HR with few basic questions. After replying to all the questions, I didn't hear anything from HR. I followed up with couple of emails asking if I can be of any assistance with any more information they would like and again no response. A sincere request to HR to send a courtesy email to the candidate(s) if they are moving forward or not with the candidate and not keep them waiting.
