I first emailed back and forth with Maureen, the EVP of the Doctor Community, after being referred by a mutual friend. We scheduled a time for me to come in and interview in person. I met with Maureen in her office for about an hour. After that I met with Tom, RealSelf's CEO for about 10-15 minutes.

I was asked what I knew so far about RealSelf; questions around multitasking / managing a full workload; how comfortable I was with the content on the site since I'd be reviewing before and after photos, etc.

Entrevista
Took a span of about 2 weeks. Talked with hiring manager on the phone, then interviewed with about 5 people for a couple hours. Final interview with CEO Tom (he's great, no need to be intimidated by him).
