I went through 4 rounds of interviews and I was praised in every interview for my compatible background and skill set, only to be ghosted after the final interview and ignored by the recruiter and I have never received any follow-up after a few months have passed from the initial interview. This is incredibly unprofessional of the company and completely disrespectful to their candidates.
