You first had a phone screening, followed by an email. In a week, you were called for a in person interview where there was a technical question given to you to validate your programming knowledge.

I applied online and was asked to come in for an interview a few weeks later. The interview consisted of mostly behavioral questions about handling students. Questions included naming the top 4 qualities of a great teacher, what to do if a student is copying work, how to handle troublemakers, and how to begin and end a class. There were also three simple technical questions, which involve explaining small code samples from games.
