HI. We're so sorry that your experience wasn't a positive one. I'm wondering if perhaps this interview happened a long time ago? The Reagan Austin sales office is only two years old, very light and bright, with no "creepy rooms" or "mousetraps". We have a gym and state of the art office facility. Perhaps this interview happened many years ago, when we were in an older building, prior to moving? If so, we'd agree... that building was pretty awful and we're so happy to have moved.
