Submitted application and credentials for an opportunity. Promptly received in 2 days what seemed like a great letter from HR recruiter saying ..."Very interested, seem like a great fit, contact me to setup an interview." Reached out to interview as directed and never heard a response. Very irresponsible and unexcusable after the indication my credentials lined up.

Applied online and received an email from the recruiter about 2 days later to set up a phone interview. At the end of the phone interview I was invited to an in person interview at the hospital.
