Had a screening call with the support team lead and an in-person interview with the support team and director of operations without the support team lead. The interview was casual (no shirt and tie or anything) with each person asking one question at a time.

Questions were as much about character and willingness to learn, lead, and stick with a problem as much as they were about technical content. They are interested at that level in people that have a passion to learn.
