This has to be my worst overall job interview process. I applied through recruiting agency . Completed 3 rounds of interview . I was given verbal confirmation in nov 2022 and discussed with me regarding salary and all . Crickets afterwards. Then they reach out to me again in January 2023 saying position is still open . After 2 weeks they said they have budget issues. Why do you reach out for the second time and say you have budget issues ? They don't care about candidates or about the candidate experience. Run away if you're trying to join this company !!!!
