Somewhat intimidating. I was invited for an interview day and probably spoke to about 8 people total--some 1 on 1 and some as a group. It probably took about 2-3 hours.

My major was not entirely relevant, so they asked me why I wanted the role.
The interview was what I would have expected. First job out of college interview a while back at a branch office. Met with the manager and another assistant. Quick response back.
