First a screening interview followed by one panel interview, then an excel styled exam, then a second panel interivew all conducted remotely. Screening was basic questions; the panel interviews consisted of more pointed experiential and STAR styled questions. They also explain the lines of business and what areas an associate would work in.

great, welcoming, easy going. initial phone screen then one panel interview with senior management, then an excel test. Excel test was fairly difficult. interviewers ask about your background, your skills and stories where you applied those skills.
