The interview process consisted of two telephone screens and then a superday with the firms MDs. I was provided with a verbal offer the following week and brought into the office to meet the rest of the team as a formality. My verbal offer was reiterated three more times before the MDs reneged it after quickly bringing in another candidate for interviews. Very shady culture and behavior - I'd highly recommend staying away.
