Applied through university, first round interview was all fit/behavior. The interviewer was very nice and I enjoyed all of my correspondence with RJ. Would recommend this firm to others interested in MM IB.

The interview process was straight froward. I applied on the website. I had one HR screening call followed by two rounds of interviews virtually -- both had an associate and VP. The super day was in person and consisted of 6 rounds of back to back, 30 minute interviews with different team members ranging from analysts to MD.
