I applied online for the Raymond James Advisor Mastery Program and received a phone interview request from a corporate recruiter fairly quickly. The interview was very pleasant and Leslie, the recruiter was very open and answered all of my questions. After the phone interview, I interviewed live with a Complex and Branch Manager. I had one more live interview with a different Complex Manager and received an offer two days later.
