I had the best interview process with Ravelin. Everyone I met was warm, engaging and professional. The HR interview was smooth, and I received quick feedback the same day along with the schedule for my next stage. My second interview was with the Line Manager and a senior manager. They asked the usual behavioural questions, but the conversation felt so natural, almost like chatting with new friends. Their feedback afterwards was also incredibly fast. For the third stage, I was asked to prepare a presentation and complete some tasks. The whole process was structured, fair and very organised. I was honestly devastated not to receive an offer because this was truly my dream role. I’m such a data geek, and I’m currently studying cybercrime because I’m passionate about the work Ravelin does. They shared constructive feedback, which I really appreciated, and I’ll definitely take it on board. My only wish is that I’d known an SQL task would be included, as I would’ve brushed up more; although SQL was only listed as “desirable”, I completely understand choosing a candidate who was stronger in that area.
