Applied online and was lucky to have a direct connection with the organization. Had an interview with the person I believe would be supervising the position. It was fine, nothing weird. I did get the impression they were looking for a research coordinator vs. an actual analyst in managing the research databases and resources but was willing to let the process play out. The rest of the process was supposed to include at least one panel interview to meet the people with whom I'd be helping to find research resources.
Never heard back. I figured i didn't get the job because they reposted it about a month after I originally applied.
