I applied online and got an email from HR for a phone interview. The HR personal was very nice and asked me so many behavioral questions and my past experiences. After a few days, received an email for onsite interview and told me to complete couple of tests online before onsite interview. I was not very much impressed by meeting everyone except couple of guys.
