Positivo: Proceso de entrevista agil y rapido, buena predisposicion de todos los participantes. Negativo: Mala presentacion de la oferta. La misma se hizo de manera muy informal a comparación de las ofertas que realizan otras empresas.

Entrevista
I began with a 30-minute recruiter screen focused on my background and salary expectations. A week later, I completed a HackerRank coding challenge with two algorithm problems. Next came a 60-minute technical call where I live-coded in Python while discussing trade-offs. Finally, I attended a virtual onsite with four consecutive rounds covering system design, code review, behavioral questions, and a culture-fit chat with the hiring manager. The entire process spanned about three weeks and communication was prompt throughout.

Entrevista
The process was awful, the HR recruiter never tell me feedback and the Technical interview one Colombian only ask me question about theory in microservices, patterns, etc. Some question I did not know then I was rejected. But They didn't mind about the experience or my level in the algorithm, maybe that was the feedback, but HR didn't tell me to improve in the future, or Etc.
In addition, the interviewer is not more experience than me in Software Development, I researched on LinkedIn. I don't recommend pass the process here
