Interview process was extensive and thorough. Interviewed at each level of management and after the final interview I was offered a different position from what I applied for based on the results of the personality profile that you take when applying.

Entrevista
The interview process was longer than average, but in the security industry that's expected. I took a personality test, then had one interview with a manager, followed by an interview with the President of the company. I was offered the position, and came in the next week to fill out paperwork signing off on a background check and drug test. They also do an IQ exam and typing test, but I wasn't asked to take these.
