After 2+ months of a total of 6 interviews (phone, tests, in-person, one-on-one, group, meeting with Branch Manager and VP - all of them pleasant), absolutely no feedback until I asked 1 week after the 6th interview whether they can please make a decision. A few days later they said, the VP changed their mind and while the branch manager wanted me, the VP now wants someone with industry experience. This was NEVER requested or discussed during the past 6 interviews. When I offered to be considered for an alternative position, the Randstad Talent Acquisition person promised to call back for days, but it never happened. Even in-between the interview process it was extremely hard to get any call-backs or e-mail responses from them. Left several messages and e-mails, all were not returned. All in all, I wasted 2 months of my time with this company and they did not even respect my time to return my calls/e-mails even when they promised they would do so. I was truly excited about this company and the opportunity to work and grow with them. However, their interviewing process is completely inefficient and overly long without appropriate feedback for the candidates.

It's pretty simple. They are looking more for skills. Ofc experience matters but knowledge matters more. They will try to get to know you and try to figure out if you are a good fit for the team or not
