I have only received phone call interview and did not give the chance for the second interview. despite my interview answers professional and I got negative response from the authorities.

All over the phone conversation then sent to company for interview. Randstad then called to give offer information, start day, who to meet with and what to expect. Randstad called first day to follow up on the day and give employers feedback to continue.
