The interview process was quite quick, there was a first stage interview asking about motivations, background experiences, then there was an assessment, with interviewing and sourcing involved.
We had a last round where the possible future TL-s were present, and we had an interactive discussion. I could ask all my questions.
They ghosted me after three rounds of interviews and collecting all my personal data and documents. Everyone from leadership to recruiters, offer management team to onboarding team collectively ghosted.
It was extremely unprofessional.

It was 4 rounds of interview process, 1st - Telephonic, 2nd - Technical, 3rd with HR Head and 4th with Business Head. We have to be technical clear the role.
