There were 2 interviews. In the first interview we discussed relevant experience and skills that I have developed around my degree and work experience. We then completed a role play where I had to pretend to conduct a candidate availability call and book an interview with a client. In the second interview I completed 3 role plays. 2 candidate availability calls and a sales role play where we had to sell a pen to a customer.
