It wasn't too lengthy. 2- 3 interviews but they were quick and thorough. They found a position for me quick and then when the company I was hired with wanted to wait a bit, they immediately found me another position.

First approach was good. Interview with Manager, she called 10 minutes before the interview, I was ready anyways, but didn’t seem to take it very seriously since she was kind of distracted doing something else. The recruiter said I had a successful interview with the Manager and scheduled the final interview with the Director. I got stood up, didn’t get an email or anything to reschedule. A week after the recruiter text me, the Manager decided not to go forward. I lost 2 weeks in the process and didn’t even get feedback.
