La primera entrevista fue realizada con el equipo de RPO interno, los cuales pueden estar ubicados en cualquier lugar del ámbito nacional. Posteriormente, la segunda entrevista fue con el hiring manager del equipo donde se ubicaba la vacante. Proceso de selección rápido y con feedback
The interview process involved two discussions: one with the Team Lead to talk about my skills and experience, and another with the Manager to discuss my career goals and how I could contribute to the team.

Imterview was in Japanese and around 30-45 minutes. The person talked for 10minutes about the company and then started asking questions and at the end you were able to ask some questions
