It is a kind of case interview for a couple of rounds with different level managers, focusing heavily on problems of previous working experience and the way you solve clients' problem or teams'. The general atmosphere is friendly and warm, no harsh or extremely aggressive questions in process. Need to fill up simple form prior to the interview.

Entrevista
A recruiter from this company reached out to me for a position. There was a phone conversation with the recruiter and additional questions from the hiring manager that was asked via email. After which I went for the interview with the hiring manager.
The recruiter was initially enthusiastic and even followed up after the interview. However, there was no follow up thereafter, and no feedback on the interview results. Seemed like they are only nice to potential candidates but if you’re rejected they don’t care to close the loop.
