It was pretty straightforward. They found my application, we had a call and set up an interview date. Had a first interview with more or less general interview questions. Then the second interview was set up during which there were some tasks linked to the position. The interviewers were both very nice and helpful.
3 step process. Two online and one face to face. Director, team lead and manager also brought on a walk of the floor to meet the team. Great environment and very welcoming
smooth and structured, there were 3 rounds in total and a psychometric test. the managers really spent time getting to know me and my professional aspiration, and explained the business model and the culture very thoroughly.
