The interview process is very much like rushing a sorority or fraternity. The process is long, more than 3 months. If you read Dave's books, this is very intentional and they don't care how long it ever takes to fill the position. They are looking for he right person! Everyone is very polite and for the most part responsive.

You must be very knowledgeable and believe in the Dave Ramsey process....make sure you have taken and believe in FPU
interview process was very thorough. I met with about 5 different employees overall. Everyone was nice. I got to have a final interview at a restaurant which was great. I think they are very thorough in their interview questions and provide realistic expectations about the job.

tell me about a time you had to overcome a challenge situation.
Interview process was way too long, and they asked to speak to my spouse, about my church, and faith which felt weird and inappropriate.. Almost like it was way to get answers to questions that they cannot otherwise ask you as the candidate. Everything felt a bit "culty" after the first phone call.
