Interview process was challenging, in a good way. Combining an in depth presentation with various stake holder conversation. The recruiter I worked with during the process, Griffin, was incredible. Kept everything very transparent and ensured I was kept in the loop regarding next steps, what kind of internal conversations were going on etc. Overall, very impressed with the interview process and hats off to Griffin for making the process as smooth as possible.

Entrevista
The interview process consisted of initial screens with the recruiter and the hiring manager, a group presentation based on experience and leadership approach, and 3 more interviews with the hiring manager and other business leaders. The entire process was very straightforward and timely. The recruiting team was extremely responsive and clearly laid out the process & expectations from start to finish. The hiring team was clearly invested in the process and demonstrated preparedness and intent with each interaction we had.
