Selection Process:
Day 1:
Pre-Placement Talk: We will conduct a session to provide students with an overview of our company and the opportunities available.
Aptitude Test: Eligible students will be invited to participate in an aptitude test that evaluates their analytical and problem-solving skills.
Practical Assessment: Candidates who clear the aptitude test will undergo a practical assessment where they will demonstrate their abilities through hands-on tasks or projects.
Day 2:
Personal Interviews: Finalists from the practical assessment will proceed to a round of personal interviews, which aim to evaluate candidates' technical expertise and assess their soft skills.
Day 3:
Team Interaction: Shortlisted candidates may have the opportunity to interact with our team members, enabling them to gain insights into our work culture and ask questions.
