Very friendly process, there were only 4 applicants including myself. There was an initial introduction to the company and their views and ambitions. This was followed by a team challenge to build the tallest possible structure in 5 mins using paper plates and straws provided. There was an aptitude test afterwards, followed by an interview later on in the day after lunch.
