The interview process is pretty relaxed. There were two Human resource staff that interviewed me. The questions were pretty general. Mostly about the job and what was required. There were a few personal questions along the line of ''What do you like to do in your spare time?'' etc. No doubt these type of questions are to determine more accurately what type of person they are hiring.
