All over the place. HRs would shortlist the profiles even if they are looking for more experience. Very slow process. Cleared 2 rounds and then HR stopped responding to the emails. First round was with the hiring manager, who seemed to be interested in my profile. They have same job description for all the data scientist roles. Very difficult to know what they are looking for. Second technical interview was a coding round with 1 python and 1 SQL question. The interviewer was very nice to talk to. He told me that I have the required skillset for the job. So, I waited for the final virtual interview (among the Covid-19 pandemic situation). After multiple mails to the HR, she told me that they moved ahead with other candidates. Basically, HRs do not care about you and I had to schedule all the interviews by constantly reminding her. Pathetic! They made me wait for 2 months for this.
