I applied online and about a month later the store manager set up an in person interview. The interview was some Behavioral questions as well as my passion for retail.

The interview process just depends on management, there are not really questions in particular that have to be asked, but make sure that you are fashionable, can pick up about 10-20 lbs daily and can stand on your feet all day with a lot of movement and recovery dealing with peoples misbehaved children. they get you to fill out a second application which entails the background check but no drug screening!

I was asked if I knew how to merchandise, how well did I work with other people and customers in general, I was asked how well I was able to count and do deposits and follow company policys and procedures, they asked me if I was able to separate business from personal and if I could give a command without feeling like I was hurting someones feelings or felt that I had to be a friend to them

Entrevista
I went through 2 interviews. One with the store manager and one with the district manager. I applied online and the store manager called me about 30 minutes later and scheduled an interview for a later date. I attended my first interview and she asked basic interview questions and explained Rainbow policies and company goals. I was called a week later to meet with the district manager. I attended that interview and talked for about two hours. The district manager told me that my last interview would be with the regional manager over the phone and we scheduled that interview. Before I knew it, the store manager called and said since I had a short employment history, she would have to check and see if theyre still interested. Very unprofessional and ignorant since she knew I had only had one job previously which I stayed at for almost 6 years and we discussed this. Why call me for a 2nd interview and schedule a 3rd interview if my employment history was an issue. Their clothing is tacky anyways.

Easy interview. Store was extremely unorganized so the manager spent more time in the front of the store rather than interviewing me. I walked into the store and it was utter chaos. An employee had just quit on the spot stating that they mistreat employees . I guess I learned for myself
