Most questions centered around past experiences, successes and failures, lessons learned, etc. While the questions are not difficult necessarily, the process is extremely thorough. Integrity and transparency are paramount, and we do have a rigorous reference check process as well. Expect discuss first jobs (not just current role) in the interview and expect many follow-up questions throughout the process.
