I applied via Linkedin, and then had to complete an assessment which I was told I have passed with flying colors. Thereafter I had a call with internal HR, where I was told that I have passed to the final round and that it should be scheduled soon. Thereafter silence, no offer no updates. I just think the application is a lot of effort for one to get ghosted.

Two interviews, a critical thinking test and an assignment. First interview with HR then with members of the team. Assignment is practical. Each interview was an hour long and online.
