Interview was scheduled for an hour but we ended up chatting for four hours. Great group of people. They showed me the labs and the work environment. I met a few of the engineers working the project. Sadly, there were a few promises made during the interview never came to fruition. Was also unaware of the high attrition rate for this particular division that I was about to join. In hindsight, I should have been concerned about the lack of technical questions, as subsequent fresh graduate engineering hires required a significant amount of mentoring to get them up to speed and working on their own.
