The recruiter called me 30 minutes late for our scheduled phone interview. When he finally called he said he was late because he lost track of time. He later sent me a calendar invite for an interview with the manager without confirming the time with me. The interview had to be rescheduled a few times before finally getting it right. After coming in for an interview I got an automated response saying the position was filled.

I had an initial phone screen with a recruiter and was set to move forward with my next interview but never heard back. On the phone screen, the recruiter asked me on the spot if I was vaxx'd and went on a 5 minute rant about women empowerment within the company. Which is fine, but I'd rather not talk politics with a recruiter I barely knew. She was very excited to move me to the next round, tried to schedule it via e-mail and I responded with available times and I never heard back. I followed up a few more times and am now moving on.
