Just be young and good looking and say you will work tons of hours. Be very out going..
Takes three interviews not very difficult at all. Ask them specific questions regarding actual work life balance and see if the answer the question.
Just smile a lot and be enthusiastic..

Interview process was great in the begining. Once being passed off from HR to the area manager communication dropped off. They told me there wasnt a job in my area, even though they called me for a job they had posted.

Very quick not thorough I got the job but wish it was Better explained and they seemed to just hire anybody that walked through the door and the atmosphere was not the best to run a business and not be detailed throws red flags

Asked to do a phone screening/ interview. Then asked to a formal interview. The peon interviewing me asked generic questions she probably got off of google. When asked if I had any questions I had plenty, she had no clue how to answer me. After the interview I was asked to a 2nd interview 2 weeks later and I already had plans so I asked to reschedule, she said "Humm really this could be a big opportunity and your asking to reschedule? Are you sure?" Finally we agreed on a time.
