Pleasant and easy. Store manager was great and hired me on spot and was proud to have me on board. He skipped store tour as he stated that i would learn all that when i came for training and that i would get call before end of the day.

The process takes time. Applied then didn't hear back for two weeks then received an email for a phone interview, and then week later did an in-person interview. The questions for the job are basic. Can you work with people? Can you be on your feet all day and hustle etc.
