I have honestly never been to a easier interview. The whole thing lasted about 5 minutes and it was extremely laid back. They have a recruiter give your first interview then call you a few days later to meet with your new store manager if you're picked.

Interview was pretty easy. Asked questions about prior work experience and what my availability was. No real tough questions. Only a couple scenario questions. We stood at the coffee bar.
