Discussion of strengths and weaknesses from Assessment results
Initially, I submitted my CV and resume for consideration. I was selected and administered a logic/reasoning test, personality test and a questionnaire aimed to gauge your values. Also had some contact with the recruiter
Firstly we sent a cv and motivation letter. Then they invited us to have the assesment. The asesments are about personality and intelligence. then there comes an interview in Utrecht.
