Your online interview at Raam Group has two HR-like rounds:
Behavioral & Situational Round – Evaluates communication, problem-solving, and adaptability.
Managerial Discussion – Focuses on leadership, teamwork, and role alignment.

where do you see yourself in next 5 years?
2-3 rounds of interview with basic hr questions like: are you a hard worker or smart worker, why should we hire you, what's your strength, weakness, what's more important to you: money or learning.
Four rounds of behavioural interviews of approximately 10-15 minutes each during campus placements. Some students only gave two and never heard again. Overall, interview experience was good, but company bailed after some of us gave four rounds, without any explanation.
