Groupal interview, both hiring managers, both hiring two people introduced a task where a QA had to be done, they checked our interpersonal skills as well as our technical skills. Then they conducted a final meeting and received a job offer after a week via email.

First was with HR and the. Second round was with Program manager but it depends somethimes you go through 3 rounds as well. In any case I think its easy and need to portrait yourself correctly.
