Entrevista
Went to interview process located in Essen, Germany. Process consisted of different stages: including motivational interviews, technical interviews and cognitive exercises.Interview panel consisted of both HR members and Engineers.
Really friendly experience. The interview included stages in which you could see the RWE campus and talk to people already working in the company.
