Was given 5 days to complete a video interview, but received a rejection email on the third day before even sending in the interview. Video interview kept glitching and was unable to be sent in anyways. Emailed for help, received no reply.

First step consists of an online IQ test and an automated interview on HireVue. Website had technical difficulties, making me unable to do the automated interview. I had to chase the talent acquition partner via email and phone for help, and when I requested for an alternative to the automated interview, I was told not to proceed with the interview. Disappointed with the unprofessionalism and bad planning of the interview process.
